Payment Terms

All payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number on our servers; card data is handled directly by Stripe under PCI-DSS. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s applicable terms.

At checkout you will see an itemized order summary showing: the plan (tier), the billing term, the effective monthly rate, the one-time System Access Fee (White-Glove Deployment), any promotional discount applied, and the total billed today. The total presented at checkout is the amount that will be charged to your payment method.

Prepaid multi-month terms are charged in full upfront at the discounted rate shown for that term. Monthly plans are charged at the start of each monthly cycle.

You authorize AI Employee Agency LLC to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis for your subscription — monthly for monthly plans, and at each term renewal for prepaid plans — until you cancel. Before completing payment you must affirmatively acknowledge this recurring authorization via the consent checkbox in the checkout. Renewals are charged at the standard rate in effect at renewal unless a different renewal rate was disclosed to you at purchase.

Discount codes apply only as described at the time of entry (e.g., to the monthly portion, the setup fee, or the whole order) and may carry minimum-order requirements, redemption caps, or expiry dates. Only one promotion code may apply per checkout unless otherwise stated. Discounts are not redeemable for cash and may not be combined except where expressly permitted.

Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes associated with your purchase, except for taxes on our net income. Where required, applicable taxes will be added at checkout or on your invoice.

If a payment fails, we may automatically retry the charge. Continued failure may result in suspension or termination of your subscription. You remain responsible for amounts due for the period during which you had access. Please keep your payment method current in the billing portal.

Where your tier uses Bring-Your-Own-Key access to third-party AI models, the model providers bill you directly for token/usage costs. Those costs are separate from, and not included in, your AIOS subscription fee, and are not billed or refunded by us.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Note in particular that a non-refundable 5% processing fee is retained on any refund issued, to cover payment-processing costs.

Receipts and invoices are issued to your billing email and are available through the billing portal. Please retain them for your records.
