Effective date: July 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Employee Agency LLC (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use the AIOS platform and website. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described here.
Information you provide: account and billing details (name, business name, email, phone number, and payment information processed by Stripe), the content and data you submit to the AI agents (“Customer Data”), and communications you send us.
Information collected automatically: log data, device and browser information, IP address, and usage analytics, collected via standard web technologies including cookies.
Payment data: card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processor (Stripe), not by us. We retain limited billing metadata (e.g., name, email, phone, last-four, transaction IDs).
We use information to: provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services; process payments and prevent fraud; provide support; communicate with you about your account, transactions, and service updates; comply with legal obligations; and analyze usage to improve the platform. We use billing contact details (name, email, phone) in part to verify transactions and reduce fraudulent charges.
The Services route Customer Data to AI models to generate output. Depending on your configuration, this may include third-party model providers (e.g., under Bring-Your-Own-Key). Those providers process data under their own terms. We take reasonable steps to limit data shared to what is needed to deliver the Services.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with: service providers who help us operate (e.g., Stripe for payments, hosting and infrastructure providers); AI model providers as needed to deliver output; and authorities where required by law or to protect our rights. In the event of a merger or acquisition, information may transfer as a business asset subject to this Policy.
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of Customer Data subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and network isolation on dedicated tiers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@aiemployeeagency.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
We are based in the United States and process data there. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S.
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions? Contact privacy@aiemployeeagency.com.
